Refund Policy

Membership Fees & Billing
MidSouth LGBT Chamber of Commerce membership fees are billed annually and represent a 12-month commitment. Our membership year runs from the date of initial membership activation. By becoming a member, you agree to our annual billing cycle and membership terms.


Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Chamber benefits and services, which are made available immediately upon membership activation, we do not offer refunds on membership fees. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Annual membership dues
  • Event registration fees
  • Sponsorship payments
  • Advertising fees
  • Program participation fees


Membership Cancellation
While we do not provide refunds, members may choose not to renew their membership for the following year. To cancel your membership:

  • Submit your cancellation request in writing to info@midsouthlgbtchamber.org
  • Cancellation must be received at least 30 days before your renewal date
  • Your membership and associated benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Access to member benefits will cease upon the conclusion of your paid membership term


Auto-Renewal
For your convenience, memberships are set to automatically renew on your anniversary date. To prevent auto-renewal:

  • Log into your member portal to disable auto-renewal
  • Submit a cancellation request as noted above
  • Update your billing preferences in your member account


Special Circumstances
In extraordinary circumstances, such as:

  • Technical billing errors on our part
  • Duplicate charges
  • Other verifiable processing mistakes

The Chamber will review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge date.


Event Cancellations For Chamber-hosted events:

  • Full refunds will be provided if the Chamber cancels an event
  • Event registration fees are non-refundable if the registrant cancels, but may be transferred to another individual from your organization with advance notice
  • Some events may have specific refund policies that differ from this general policy; such exceptions will be clearly stated in the event registration materials

The Chamber reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
